Eastside Quarter is situated on the former Bexleyheath Civic Centre site at the heart of Bexleyheath Town Centre. The scheme will provide 518 residential units, 3,000m2 of commercial units, a residents gym and 24 hour concierge service.  The landscaped boulevard and podium gardens sit atop a two storey car park which includes 84 electric vehicle charging points.

We have undertaken the complete design of all Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services , including energy centre, co-ordinated car park distribution, risers, communal areas and apartment services.

The project has been completed by all consultants utilising Revit 2017 providing Bellway Homes with a fully co-ordinated building model.
