White Associates are working directly for the development client Urban Renaissance Villages on this 156 dwelling retirement village, complete with communal clubhouse facilities and 50 bed care home. The project is required to meet Code for Sustainable Homes level 3, and we are responsible for all aspects of detailed design on the development from incoming services and energy strategy through to detailed services in apartments. The Village is of a very high specification, and the services must compliment the finishes whilst still being as energy efficient and as high performance as is required to meet the Code level.
